Your responsibilities

We're looking for a full time Customer Success Intern (all genders) to join our team remotely or in our optional offices in Berlin, Munich or Bremen for 5-6 months. Together with our Customer Experience Team you will represent TradeLink and help customers make the most of their experience with our supply chain collaboration platform

You'll get the chance to

  • learn and understand the needs of the customers to help them exploit our software 
  • support in developing and implementing new customer communication channels and growth strategies 
  • own strategically significant projects (OKR setup) and collaborate with different teams to minimize client churn 
  • be part of the team that is the first point of contact for our users and that is responsible for an excellent platform experience 
  • help to optimize our content offering to drive user adaption with reportings, statistics, client portfolios, and internal dashboards

What you need to succeed

  • You are currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or any comparable subject
  • You have first experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., logistics, consulting, start-ups, etc.) 
  • You work in a structured manner and enjoy analyzing, documenting and questioning existing processes 
  • You have a talent for communication and want to work on solutions with our customer
  • You are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality and like to achieve goals collaboratively 
  • You are business fluent in German and English
