We are building the collaboration layer for one of the largest, most fragmented and physically complex industries in the world and we are reinventing what B2B software looks like along the way together with people who simply love what they do. In the past 6 months, we ignited the network and grew x-fold on all exciting metrics (people, usage, partners) and recently closed our €12mn Series A led by Insight Partners and our existing investors Point Nine and Fly Ventures. Your responsibilities

  • You coordinate and execute our sales development strategy in tandem with our Management and Sales team
  • You develop key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
  • You support in selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools (new Software, APIs etc) 
  • You lead your own projects by creating and sticking to comprehensive schedules, liaising with other stakeholders/departments, and continuously analyzing/presenting your data
  • You are responsible for supporting company performance data, CRM clean up and adoption, as well as accuracy in forecast and pipeline generation

What you need to succeed

  • You are currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or any comparable subject 
  • You were able to already gain first work experiences with SaaS GTM models (backround in Finance, Sales Operations, Business Development, or other related fields)
  • You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on attitude
  • You have a strong proficiency in Excel with experience using SQL
  • You have experiences in supporting the implementation of a scaleable CRM system (ideally Hubspot - or any related CRM) 
  • You have strong communication skills in German and English
