Your responsibilities

As our Sales Development Team Lead (all genders) you are responsible for driving the results of our SDR team through inclusive hiring, fostering personal development, implementing best practices and establishing targeted problem solving. 

  • You lead and motivate our team of passionate Sales Development Representatives to ensure we achieve our sales goals, KPIs and the personal career goals of your team members

  • You support an inclusive hiring process by identifying potential candidates, interviewing and making hiring recommendations to Managers 

  • You provide hands-on coaching and training to SDRs including, but not limited to, workflow, prospecting, cold calling and follow ups 

  • You routinely shadow outbound prospecting calls and give feedback to SDRs to improve performance

  • You create reports, analyze performance data, and make recommendations to management to help guide the strategic direction of the team 

What you need to succeed

  • You have previous experience in leading a team in a rapidly growing environment 

  • You have a strategic mindset, firm organizational abilities and are eager to build professional relationships with team members and clients

  • You work in a proactive, hands-on and results-oriented manner and don’t shy away from juggling various tasks

  • You’re characterized by a high degree of empathy, good communication skills,  and you love motivating people around you

  • You’re business fluent in English and German
